VACATION CONNECTION SDN BHD Standard TERMS & CONDITIONS for Inbound / Outbound Tour Packages as follows:
TOUR DEPOSIT
Deposit (amount vary depends on different tour packages and purchasing terms, like
Travel Fair Deal, Promo Deals etc) of the tour fare per person must be paid as
reservation fee upon booking confirmation. The balance or full payment must be
made within 45 to 120 days before the date of departure. A failure to comply with this
requirement may result in the cancellation of reservation and forfeiture of deposit.
GENERAL CANCELLATION BY TOUR MEMBER
You, or a member of your party, may cancel your booking at any time by giving us
written notice. Any such notice of cancellation must be given by the party leader.

For special offers like EARLY BIRD OFFER, LAST MINUTE OFFER, etc,
bookings of “Non-Cruise Free Independent Tour”, “Non-Cruise Group Tour” or
“Cruise & Related Products” may be required full payment upon booking
confirmation and is non-refundable. This will overwrite above general
cancellation terms.

exceed the amount of funds received for any such service. By booking with Vacation
Connection Sdn Bhd (etravelchannel.com), you duly accept all the terms and
conditions as outlined above.
